I've put a 30 inch cherry bomb glass pack and the truck isn't loud at all. I think the cat is clogged it makes a rattling noise at 700 rpm. I'm thinking about gutting the cat or putting like a 18 inch cherry bomb in its place. I don't want the truck so loud that's all get the cops called on it. Please help me

if you remove the cat your truck will be extremely loud even if you stuck a cherry bomb in it place.

the cats muffle quite a bit. i ran my truck with no cat and no muffler for about a month. it was way too loud. my 93 is currently running with a cat and no muffler and it is about perfect balance of loud when i want it but still quiet enough that i can still drive around without drawing too much attention to myself.

I already did a muffler delete it was really quiet that's why I got a glass pack but I feel like the cat is clogged I might buy a universal fit high flow cat for $70 but I'll see. Also my stock cat has a pipe going into the side of it do you have any idea what that's for? And we're is the o2 sensor?

the pipe on the side of the cat is for the emissions system. o2 sensor should be in the y-pipe.

Oh mine is snapped of so I just plugged the hole with muffler putty it was just a hole no o2 sensor that might explain why it makes a popping noise at a stop light.

it is possible. the computer needs the o2 sensor to run properly. the are fairly cheap at rockauto. just make sure to get a NTK brand one since that is what dodge vehicle seem to like best.
