code 33 is pretty normal for trucks without a/c. have you tried erasing the code to see if it comes back. it is possible that the throttle position sensor might be causing issues.

have you tried priming the fuel system before starting it? key on wait 5 seconds, key off, key back wait 5 seconds and then try starting? see if it makes a difference

Priming didnt help maybe throttle body just needs a rebuild, probably do a carb conversion with tax returns

i personally would not do a carb conversion unless the truck is a toy that you only drive in the summer because the cost of all the parts needed to do the conversion are not really cheap by the time all is said and done. you would need a complete ignition system on top of new intake/carb and fuel pressure regulator.

have you replaced any sensors or parts on the engine? i would maybe wonder if it is a hall effects sensor.

I havent replaced anything' ecu and wiring was all done recently still has sticker on ecu and the engine harness looks brand new, i know the truck sat for a while before i bought it, i wanna do a carb conversion cause of how gutless the thing is and i cant add a cam with out it, could the throttle body being overtightend cause issues, i did tighten it down because the bolts didnt seem that tight

sitting shouldn't hurt anything as far as i can tell other than things like the fuel sending unit. ya you can't do much about the cam without changing thing up but i would possibly consider looking at some sort of aftermarket fuel injection setup like a Fi-Tech setup. they are are fairly cheap and pretty self tuning. they also have options like the option to control electric fans if you decide to ad some. it will cost a bit more than converting to carb but it would make the truck easier to use as a daily driver and would also likely give you more power than a carb would without having to really do all the trial and error tuning that you have to sometimes do when building an engine.

i don't think over tightening TB bolts should effect it any. i would think you possibly have a sensor acting up or something not working right.

i don't know if a filter would make that much of a difference on a fuel injected vehicle. you could pull it and try blowing through it both ways. probably wouldn't hurt to replace it but i don't think it is what is causing your issue.

i would probably start by just blowing through it since that is free. them fuel injected fuel filters are not as cheap as you would think. i think they are usually about $20-30 which is why i haven't replaced one yet.

if the filter is only 1 year old then i wouldn't even worry about it. it would take a lot longer than a year for stuff like the fuel to really break down and clog the system.

If i prime it 3 times its fine, if it's loosing pressure should i start replacing fuel lines?

hard to say. what shape are the fuel lines in? if they look decent and there is not any obvious leaks i would probably leave them. i think if you are loosing pressure and you don't have any fuel line leaks it can sometimes be the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. i forget which or if it could be both.
