My '91 D-150, 318, won't turn over. The starter checked out ok; battery is ok. Is there a fuseable link or ballast resistor (like on my old slant sixes)? Any ideas welcome.

I know you said the battery tested good, but does the battery have a good connection?? I know that happened to my '88 ramcharger.

If your starter is grounded to the body or frame make sure it's a good ground & good connections all the way around , And as stated above a good connection @ the battery .
What about a starting solenoid ?

Does it try to do anything?
Clicking ?
