Seems my problem lies within the actual hub not the rotor. Since I have 41000 miles the basic warranty has expired. I just called the Customer assistance Center to have an office guy tell me the hub is not covered on the 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty. This guy didn't even know what a hub was. The dealer wants $140.00 to diagnose and go from there. I've done that. It's the hub. I can't imagine a hub bending and think it's a manufacturer defect which would be covered he said. That is if the dealer makes that call. If I have to pay for a hub I will install it too not at $140.00 per hour.
Any input here will be appreciated.

Not sure what you want? Sounds like you don't want to pay the dealer, so get out your tools and do it yourself

A manufacturer's defect that lasted 41k miles? I could understand if it was a just a few hundred or thousand miles.

Define hub? How is it bent? The spindle could bend but not the hub itself.
