Pretty simple, my father wants 37's on his power wagon. Likes the stock wheels but wants to know the least needed to cram 37's under it. He doesnt rock crawl or hit the bogs, just wants to fill out that wheel well. He has G2 35's and they just look too small for his liking.

The best way I have seen is Thuren's leveling kit. It's not the cheapest but it does it right! It's listed for $740 on their web page.

im pretty sure you can fit a 37x12.5 on stock wheels on a completely stock wagon. id probably do a level to avoid the stuffed look though.

Hes going for the stuffed look. 750 for a level is absurd, trying to see what others have done and what cutting is needed.

He doesn't need a lift. They'll fit but he needs to trim plastic and the pinch welds. The tires will be hard into radius arms, I'd recommend 1" wheel spacers. I opted for aftermarket wheels.

2.5" spacer level runs about $500, give or take $50, in my area using a Tuff Country 32909 kit with the shock relocation bracket.

37's on stock wheels would need some spacers to clear the suspension up to full steering lock.

I also opted for aftermarket wheels with a +18mm offset so I didn't need spacers. I'm not sure what the stock PW wheel offset is but the difference between that and a +12mm offset should be sufficient for spacers.

The PW will fit 37's without the lift. Truxx is the only company making a PW specific leveling spacer.

The OE PW wheels have 57mm of offset.

Power Wagon with 37's, no lift.

What all needed to trim out, as well any change to back spacing?

You need to trim the hump at the bottom of the fender flair, the plastic tunnel in the fender liner over the pinch weld, and about 3" of the pinch weld. I used a dremel on the fender liners and flares and an angle die grinder for the pinch weld. I also pulled back the fender liner and zip tied it to the front body mount (drill two small holes and use a zip tie). I sealed up the pinch welds with RTV when I was done. It took about an hour to do both sides. The wheels are 17x9 +18mm.
