Depending on how heavy your trailer is, I tow a 40ft 5th wheel weighs about 16-16,500 I'll get about 13-14mpg that's doing about 60-65 at most.So far around town its averaging between 16-17. Have not taken it on a road trip yet. Will know more next week how it does under a load when i hook the bbq trailer up to it and hit the highway with it.

Yeah I've seen as low as about 11-11.5 with a headwind but I just take time go slow and steady is my rule of thumb.Wow, you are very fortunate. I'm pulling a fiver, 40 foot, about 15K, and I average 11.9 MPG at 60 MPH using cruise control. Of course, a strong headwind will knock the MPG down to around 7 to 8 MPG, a tail wind will push me up to 13 to 13 MPG.
I also don't EVER use cruise control, I stay in control of the truck and will use tow haul as well.Yeah I've seen as low as about 11-11.5 with a headwind but I just take time go slow and steady is my rule of thumb.
