Are there only 8 plugs on the 6.4 Hemi? I had 16 on my 5.7 Hemi.

You need 16 on the 6.4 also.

How long are most folks going before changing the plugs? I think the owners manual says 75k or 100k but I wouldn't swear to that.

After swapping all 16 spark plugs you should also change the blinker fluid and headlight coolant......I always match up those intervals with all my trucks......

Don't forget the power bands too....
On my other Hemi motors I changed the plugs around 70,000 km....not sure I would want to go longer though to avoid possible seize and breakage, plus the km's would also depend on the number of k's you put on in a year, if not many, I would likely do them sooner rather than 70k.

I've always done plugs/wires, coolant flush, tranny flush every 100k miles...never had an issue with anything related to those.
