I have owned a crap-ton of vehicles from a variety of brands, and I have never had one with incessantly creaky hinges before. I have tried a couple different brands of white lithium spray, and within a week or so they are at it again. My last Dodge was an '05, and I'd lube them a couple times a year just as normal maintenance, and they never made a peep. Does anybody else have this issue? Any better solution than white lithium???

Possibly check the hinge screws and make sure they're all tight??? The white lithium should normally do the trick. Worst case is, if still under warranty, take it to the dealer and have them look it over. Seems silly for a little issue like that but who knows.

My trucks front doors started doing this recently too. Happens when almost fully open.

A previous 2015 Ram 1500 I owned started doing it too after about a year into ownership.

My wife leans on the door to get in and out and I think that's what starts the issue. Passenger side door creaks worse than drivers side.

I haven't bothered trying to lube my 2016 2500 hinges yet...

Both mine do it as well. White lithium spray lasts only a couple weeks.

grease, grease, grease. Lots of weather and water run over them, most sprays will just wash away. Finger full of grease in there and youll be good to go.

I go ******* on my wife and kids if I see them leaning on my doors. I know the creaks will come. But I'm trying to delay them As much as possible. Haha

Hahaha! I gave up on trying/explaining with them a long time ago. Sadly, vehicles are just a point A to B device to them...

some gear lube in a oil pump can works wonders, its hard to get any kind of grease into the wheel on the hinge that rolls, same with the hinge pins

Mine just started creaking too! I hit 'em all with fluid film. We'll see how long that lasts.
