I believe Ram trucks of the last 5 years or so don't come with manuals. My salesman said something about the saving a ton of $$ by not printing them. I just keep the PDF on my computer and it's more convenient most times than if it were in my glove box.

They are available upon request by the original owner, one time. I just requested the owner's manual for my new 17 and it came within a few weeks with no issues. It's quite large, I can see why they don't want to automatically provide one. Hence. the condensed users manual they include now.

A full manual with a DVD was in the glovebox of my 2016 2500 when I bought it new. It also had the warranty book, Sirius channel cards, and Uconnect guide as well.

Manuals are by request. I sent emails to get them for our Jeep Grand Cherokee and 3500 Laramie...

Wow that's the first I ever heard of that. I have never bought a vehicle new or used that didn't have a manual.

My 2017 3500 came with a pretty thick "Users guide".
Requested the owners manual and received it in about 10 days. It contains a lot more information then most owners will ever use. Of special note , how to put electric shift transfer case in neutral so it can be flat towed.
