I'm just looking for some feedback from 6.4 owners with a lift. I have a 2 inch level with 35's on mine currently but I'd like to go with an actual lift, I'd probably do a 6 inch, my main concern is the performance loss. So if anyone can chime in with their experiences with how much their performance suffered from a lift that would be great!

Well... Gas mileage is gonna drop period regardless of Tite size. -Assuming u go to 35"s, power will fall a little bit too. I would recommend - Bds or Carli/thuren. Let us know what you go with and post pics.

I have 35's on it now, if I did a 6 inch I'd probably run 37's

Just out of pure curiosity why such a big lift? You can fit 37s on a level no problem with proper backspacing. The lift wont hurt performance per say but larger tires will. Any reason not considering a quality 3" lift? Again, Im just curious.

Just personal preference honestly, I think they look perfect with a 6 inch

Got ya, they do look good with big lifts I just couldn't get used to dealing with that much bigger of a truck everyday hahaha. Guess Im old at 31... But as I mentioned you shouldn't have that much change from the lift, maybe a bit more drag from lifting a brick 6" higher than it already is but tires will cause biggest change

I ran my truck with stock tires and the lift for @200 miles before adding the larger tires and wheels. Didn't really notice a mpg hit ..... when I added the larger and heavier setup is when it became noticeable.

Depending on your gear ratio you may want to consider a swap there as well.

I have a 2016 Ram 3500 with the 6.4L.
I ordered it with the 4:10 gears.
I put on a Zone 5 1/2" lift and I am running 37" X 12.50's.
As far as a decrease ? I couldn't tell you, I installed it all on a brand new truck.
I get 11 mpg hand calculated around town.
I have not done any highway to get an mpg, but i think it may bet 15.

Man that looks good... I'm torn between getting a new motorcycle or lifting... I might hold off on the lift so I can do a gear swap at the same time e117988ca9a76629c24b0ab3fd2cb200.jpg
