When they switch to the 6.4 they also switched gearing to 4.10. No more 4.56 sadly

The body, interior, and engine/tyranny are the same. Almost everything else is different.

The new 4x4 off road package gives you a lot of the useful features but in a lot more configurations and cheaper. (Cummins, mega cab, etc.)

I love the Power Wagon, don't get me wrong, but anyone who has used a winch knows that being buried inside a bumper is probably problematic down the road...

The rest of it is a rock crawlers dream though.

I would like to swap in the Power Wagon "Articulink" front control arms.

I've compared photos of the PW vs. non and it appears it would be a bolt on deal.

Non-PW

PW

Anyone done this yet???

Unfortunately the payload on a PW is dismal, something like 1500#, less than a 1500 or F150. I looked hard at them until I realized that since I tow an rv, it's a no-go unless you want to plow money into springs, etc.

Which would completely defeat the purpose of the power wagon.

It's a specific build for a specific purpose, no doubt about it.

I had a 2012 Power Wagon, I now have a 2017 6.4L Crew Cab 2500 with the 4x4 package. The Power Wagon was a rock crawler, the 2017 is a much better all rounder. Just my opinion, but drawn from experience.

The data sheet is designed to keep the unwashed away. Probably the same reason RAM doesn't go out of it's way to publish comparisons like the OP wants. I don't know why you'd want a Power Wagon anyway, it's not any good and you wouldn't be happy.

Look how lame Power Wagons are. Lockers, winch, lift, 37's. LAME! I mean it won't even pull an RV or anything. A 1500 is probably better for you.

They suck offroad too.
