I just installed powerwagon front suspension parts, a steering brace and new shoes. I kept the rear stock. Below is the breakdown.

Mopargiant.com
Front Coils: 68172138AC - $150
Track Bar: 68193870AC - $170

Ebay/4wheelparts
Front Bilstein 5100: 24-251754 - $175

Big D Offroad
Steering Brace - $120

SD Wheel Corp
Eagle Alloy 150 rims - $600
Toyo R/T 285/75R18 tires - $1175
TPMS Sensors - $120

US Wheel Adapters
Hub Rings 121.3/130.18mm - $60

Started with a stock 2016 2500 6.4 Outdoorsman. Firstly the truck looks fantastic and now feels like a monster truck. The suspension is definitely not as soft as I would have thought. I gained about 2" overall with the suspension and 1" with the tires. I am getting it aligned tomorrow and will be able to provide a better feel for it as I think it may get even better. I am as low pressure as i can be with the tires without setting off the TPMS sensor and they ride good. I can feel the lugs sometimes and they do make a little noise but nothing unbearable. If they are pumped up all the way they ride horrible. They rub slightly on the passenger fender liner when I'm turning and flexed out but that is due to my wheels being -4 offset and I hope the alignment will help that slightly. I think the steering brace also helped but I will give a full review post alignment tomorrow. Install was easy on everything and took about 5 hours but I also wasted time because I put the passenger side coil on upside down...oops. Overall I'm in love. It has the exact amount of rack I wanted and rides fantastic. Looking forward to the rest of the modifications.

Here are some pictures.

What was the over cost upgrade on this vs going with someone like Carli or Thuren ( not sure he has hemi springs though)

I don't know the diff on a PW spring and a stock spring or a off the shelf lift spring, just curious

The powerwagon stuff saved me about $350-400 vs going to Thuren and a lot more than that going to Carli. I knew what I was getting with the power wagon stuff and being OEM I was more than happy and didn't need to go aftermarket.

The powerwagon springs are a little softer than stock 2500 springs but stiffer than thuren and carli.

Great job and awesome truck!

I plan to do pretty much the same mods but including the PW control arms.

This is exactly what I was looking to do to mine! Thanks for including your parts list!

I'm just curious, I'm surprised the tires are rubbing, you mentioned your offset, what offset would be better? Just asking because I was also looking at going with 35s

I think something with a little more positive offset would be ideal. +12 to +20mm maybe. I will update after my alignment today and let you know if it changed anything. If not I will have to take a heat gun to the fender liner and mold it a bit.

Thanks for the numbers. What benefit do those provide? Or are those the radius arms? Maybe if I am feeling rich one day I will make the swap. The spring bow in my setup is very slight and not much worse than the original.

That's a decent chunk, I was just curious on the difference for someone who wasn't looking for a crazy offroader, but just looking for a budget oriented upgrade.

They allow for better articulation offroad. I see they are going for around $200 each online.

Those shocks are valved for a diesel truck. The OE PW shocks should be less stiff.

Yea I thought they may be a little too stiff. May replace them down the road with something a little better.
