I believe people on the power wagon forum have said a 35 will not fit under there due to the coils Springs.

I guess rear would be the biggest issue if you have limited slip. Front would be doable to get ya somewhere. Worst case if there was a concern for the rear, though it would take longer you could put a front in place of the rear flat, and the small stocker in the front.

On my 2nd gen half ton, I was running 35's. Had a tire slit and had to limp around with the stock spare (31 or 32", can't recall). I also wouldn't recommend doing it on the back w/ LSD.

I've asked several people I know with 4th gens and no one knows if our front ends are disengaged and freely roll separately of each other when the transfer case is in 2 wheel drive.

They do. Regardless it is an open differential so different size tires wouldn't hurt it for short distances anyways.

Guess my only thought would be, if you are considering towing. Definitely would effect the handling if you had to tow for much distance and or the road conditions with mismatched tires. Just a thought.

I have 37 inch tires and I mounted a used 35 inch tire as my spare because that's as big as I can fit under the truck. Took me a little while to find a used 35. I'd suggest mentioning to your local tire shop to look out for you a used spare. They have to pay someone to dispose of used tires so most will gladly give/sell you a used spare if you pay them to mount it.
