Seems like a bad idea. All the lifts that get you a better ride are soft, and those I looked at all said 20-25% capacity reduction.

I am going with Thuren coils in the front along with their shocks, but Bilstiens in the rear with factory coils. If it sags too bad when towing then I will get a Timbren kit for the rear.

I was going to go with the Fox 2.0 Shocks, but from all the info I have read, Thuren's Overland shocks seem to be just as good and last just as long for $140 less.

Sagged a lot before the airbags.....40lbs of air make it perfectly level

Looks good, but I can't do air bags. Had them on other trucks and they don't do so well with the 8 mile trek off road to my camp house at the deer lease or driving around at the ranch.

Just curious what problems did you have with them? Something I should be looking for? I use my truck similar to what you are describing and have not had an issue I know of.

Thuren 2in overland kit with adjustable track bar and airlifter 5000 in the rear. 285-75r18 Toyo MT on stock wheels...rides 10x better than stock and makes the truck look prefect to me

I had issues of over extending them because of too much travel. I also had to make sure I had enough air in them before going off road to keep them from getting pinched when he wheel is articulated into the fender well which made for a bouncy ride at times. I am not saying it cannot be done, but they require a little extra care off road that I do want to deal with as much as I do go off road.

The daystar cradles will fix the overextention, not sure about the pinching
