I figured they'd cost a lot more than $75.

I was happy I had heated mirrors this past winter lol. But, there are work arounds for that. I'm sure I'd get a lot more use when towing vs' PITA in inclement weather.

I'll check ebay. Don't recall exactly who you got them from do ya?
I've never ordered anything off ebay. Always afraid I'm gonna get stiffed.
However, being as you have ordered from them I'd be more inclined to do so also.

I bought them from a seller called primechoiceautoparts. I paid $64.85 with free shipping. I looked it up and the cheapest they have is about $120. I honestly have no idea how I got mine so cheap or why I did, but thats what I paid. I order everything I need off of ebay. It is protected on there and everything is secure. The seller is legally obligated to sell you the product or give you a refund once you commit to buy. I actually prefer it over amazon and others. Also, I have ordered several things from that seller, including my performance rotors and my pillar temp gauge.

I was also debating but I really wanted a touch screen. I always thought the bigger ones looked better and more legit. The only thing that is more expensive than the radio is the bezel. The nav bezel that actually fits these trucks go for $180 online and $300 at the dealer. I have no idea why they are that much but they are. I'm going to just cut mine and dip the silver part black so it isn't so noticeable. I already ordered plasti dip for my wheels so I figured I'd used the extra for that.

Recieved my wire harness and antenna adapter today from crutchfield. Wired up the harness and got it ready. All the red connecters were fom me.I may have had to call technical support a few times but I'd rather do it right the first time. Lol the little black box that says nav on it allows my truck to have navigation now through the Kenwood. It uses my original antenna for everything. I'm still waiting on the plastic dash mount kit to get here as well as my buetooth mic. Then I'll have to cut the bezel to make it fit right. Figured I'd either plastic dip the bezel or put some vinyl wrap on it to cover up the edges. Still debating on what would look better and more legit.

I hope so. Yeah I guess they would keep you pretty busy. I have a fiance but no kids yet. lol

I washed the truck today. I plan on having a full day of work tomorrow, or at least until the fight starts. lol The list is...

-dip my wheels
-paint my calipers
-install my cab lights
-build a bracket and mount my winch under my bed

We will see how far I get...

Wow that looks really good. I was trying to decide how I was going to make it fit. Ive seen people that took out the cubby hole and now you that didn't. I looked at your thread about it. Looks pretty legit.

I dipped the wheels today and painted the calipers red. Ran out of daylight so I'll take pics tomorrow. I have to be honest, I think it looks pretty freakin sweet. I paid a little more for the high performance spray paint so I'll see how long it lasts me. I'm going to build the winch bracket tomorrow and install my kenwood as well.

I don't know why but these trucks look awesome with the rims black.

BTW, in a couple of those pics, it looks like you have 2 different paint schemes going on?

Was your truck in a wreck? Or half of it repainted? Or is it the lighting?

Thanks, yeah I love it. It changed the whole attitude of the truck. Yes, it was repainted on the back half of the truck. It had damage when I got the truck. Long story but a buddy of mine repainted it and he didn't paint match completely right. You can't really see it unless the light hits it directly. Unfortunately my pictures were directly in the sun. Lol

Thanks. Couple of projects in the works for the truck. First, I finally got in all the components to install my Kenwood. Second, I've been building a bracket to mount my winch under my bed with the rollers behind the license plate. Third, I bought a 120 psi compressor and triple train horn assembly so I have to install that as well. Lastly, I still have my cab lights I need to install so I might have a busy weekend. Pics coming for each project soon.
