Pssshh.. I roll without my sway bar links most of the time. Ride is more comfortable, just don't make crazy hard turns on dimes lol.

i probably do need the extended links at least, might as well get the Disconnect type. thats just a few hundred bucks in don't feel like spending today lol

Have you much in the way of suspension?

2 inch front strut extensions and KYB shocks, other than that...she's a stocker.lol

or course the 35's and bulge fenders give it the lifted look. My intention was to leave it actually daily drivable, w/o totally killing the drivability.

Don't know much about independent fronts but yes I can imagine that the higher you go the more complications arise. So I assume she is for hi speed play?!

Yeah, it has your basic bolt ons, Lt's, and true duals, plus a tune. The guy at the body shop came running up to ask me "what all do you have done to that thing" and claimed he couldn't pull out of the paint booth w/o spinning the tires.lol. I guess we have different definitions of "too much power".lol

I'd love to build a 392 for it, maybe go a mid-travel kit in the future, but thats another 15K that I don't need to spend after all the body work just got done.

Even with the bigger tires, I'm sure it lost weight with all this fiberglass. Sure feels quicker, thats for sure. The hood alone probably negated the extra tire weight.

Yeah cool. I'm sure is lighter. Just don't hit anything with it as the panels are quite brittle.

Little rubbing on the pinch seam at full lock. I plan to bend it in tomorrow.
Gonna try to get the light bars wired up tomorrow too.

It's on tight yes! The brackets were fairly useless lol. I actually bolted them to the truck, then used spacers between the bumper and brackets to adjust it.

Led lights that came WITH the bumper, came without hardware, so I got to hold washers between them and the bracket to get the lights tight.

I did not cut or bend that rear bar I talked about. I wish it tucked a little.more, but o well. Looks pretty good I think. It was probably worth the money saved, I just wish I had known about cutting the brackets, and that they would only be like 60 percent fitment lol.

Awesome man. Glad you got it worked out. You keep fabbing and problem solving on your truck like that and you'll surpass me in no time.

Here is today's accomplishment. The rubbing will have to wait until I can get it to the old man's and get the big sledge with the tires off of it to get some throw on it.
