New to the Ram scene. Figured I would make a build thread, 1 to keep track and 2 for input and suggestions.

2012 Ram 1500 Express rcsb 2wd. I bought it in August with 69k on it. So far I have painted the wheels black, debadged (then went back with the newer Hemi badge on the fenders). Painted front ram to match the new Hemi badge and the rear ram. Black toolbox, tinted windows, Pioneer touchscreen (for Bluetooth and usb).

Performance -
Vararam Air Grabber
Moes 87mm TB
Trinity with Hemifever tune

Huge difference already with just those. I have 4.10s and lsd sitting here waiting to go in as well

I've been doing a lot of playing around with this trinity and the race modes since I've gotten it. Granted its probably not accurate, (as I've read numerous places) yet my times have only gotten faster and faster. All my good consistent runs are with no wheel spin or at most a slight chirp.

Soooo, a tad disappointed with track today. 9.197 @ 77.94 was was best run. I was really wanting to see 8s. Had to leave at a flat idle, no staging at all, otherwise it just would not hook. So I guess some drag radials are in the future..... And a 180 tstat

I guess in all reality it wasn't to bad for what it is. Plus a fat boy driving, toolbox( loaded), and stuff behind the seat. Maybe next time I'll try to cut some weight ( from the truck, not me)

Installed 180 tstat yesterday. According to trinity temp is staying between 178 and 184. I adjusted fan temp schedule, low speed to 188.9 and high to 194.9.

Those are normal temps with the 180 stat. Sometimes you will see it get close to 190* as well, but it should always drop back down to the low 180's once the stat opens. Is the track closed now through New Years?
