Thanks, I had my kids in car, no one was hurt thankfully. There was no damage to frame, it should be fixed in 2 weeks.

He was telling me that his car was hit in same spot about 2 years ago, same time in a.m when sun is brutal.

Sorry to see that. Watch out for your insurance company using non-OM body parts. Made in Taiwan looks kind of out of place under the hood on the inside fender well of a RAM.
