Personalized plates make it official....

I've had these plates on various vehicles for the last 20 years. They've been under the seat of my truck for a couple months. Temp expires tomorrow so threw them on this morning.

Just sharing mainly out of boredom.

Despite their stupid cost I still keep mine every time. Just had them so long that I never want to get rid of them.

Long story short, 20 years ago I wanted a different plate. The ones I have now were my second choice. The original ones I wanted were taken in between me checking availability and having a vehicle to put them on. I could never find out who had them. Few years ago went to a good friend's house, he opened his garage door where his "race car" was parked which I had never seen before, he had the plates on it. Turns out 15 or so years before we ever knew each other he snagged the plates up for his race car.

I'm probably going to order some custom plates here at the first of the year. Gotta love doing something unique, and I really think it gives a clean look too!

I usually get a new one for every vehicle. Lol!

09 Electric Blue Nissan JUKE - OKOPIPI (meaning blue frog because the JUKE's are nicknamed frog)
13 Copperhead pearl Ram - V3NOMUS (stuck with the snake reference)

I love some of the creative plate ideas. I love it when they have some kind of reference to the rig, unlike mine.

My whole family is a Dodge family. If someone shares the same last name as I have they are driving a Dodge product. Been that way since the 60's and will be that way for quite a while. One of my cousins has "MOPAR" on his truck and I always thought that was a great plate to have in the family.
