I have CS3 and dabbled a bit at one time, but the program made me feel like a moron. If you have a program such as Adobe, Gimp (free), or Corel, you can find a good bit of how to vids on Youtube. My favorite is seeing someone just adding some randomless with MS paint, always makes me laugh a little on the inside.

upload it to a site such as imgur, then once its uploaded, copy the BBCodes(Forum) and just paste it in here. such as this
