If you're going to level / lift it, I'd vote the chrome 8 holes.
If you're staying lower / angry the 3rd ones.

I don't really like the 2nd ones at all.

If you google "wheel visualizer" there are quite few sites that do this. Worth checking out. You get to see a lot of wheels on your particular model/color/style truck. Here's an example on my silver '13 quad 4X4.
