For sale is a 2013 8.4A radio. Currently installed in a 2013 Ram that came with a RA1, so if you've been wanting to swap to a 8.4 here is your chance! Comes with the radio itself and the unlock anti theft code. Minimal scratches on screen. There is a guide on here and on another forum on how to install it and make it work. feel free to ask any questions! Note: THIS IS NOT THE NAVIGATION/HD Radio Model

No. You can get the steering wheel control kit from one of our vendors on here, Allmoparparts.com

I may be interested, but would you mind putting the list of extras you'd need with this? Just trying to get an idea of total investment involved. I.e. everything I would need for this to go in my express with RA1 and have full RA3 functionality? You can pm me if you prefer.

That is a good price. I paid more than that for my RA2 5.0 off of ebay. It would be nice to have the bigger screen for the backup camera.
