Pretty simple. 30 minute job max start to finish.

Took me longer than that with the inserts..aken sure the tabs were warmed up in the sun before i bent them to get inserts out..Its all plastic so if its cold..Do it inside

I'm in Georgia, so never really a worry I guess. But now that you mention it, I bet a heat gun would make it easier. I just swapped inserts before trading trucks. Was quick for me.

I already put the honeycomb grille in my truck a few months ago, so this is just sitting around collecting dust.

Agreed...once you get over the initial worry that you will break the tabs pulling them apart it's very easy.
