SOLD! 2016 5.0 Uconnect

RA2 radio from 2016 Ram purchased last April. Radio works perfectly, no scratches on screen or bezel. Removed for 8.4 conversion. $200 includes shipping. Will provide donor Vin and unlock code to purchaser.

https://www.infotainment.com This is the company I sold mine to awhile back..... they gave me $150 for it minus shipping and PayPal fee but they have other ways to pay.... figured I'd let u know in case u can't sell it here

If your truck has the back up camera it will display with the guidelines.

Another question. I don't have the bumper sensors. Would that cause any problems. I don't really want to drill holes In My bumper. And I don't currently have a camera but am looking at adding one

The sensors are a separate system, camera will work fine by itself.

if your truck doesnt have an existing backup camera it will not show up on the 5.0, its one of those things the dealer will have to enable

Is it just a code flash? I can deal with if it's just a code flash. My truck has the Bluetooth and hands free setup already so that's not a problem

what radio do you have? the 3.0 didnt have bluetooth, at least it didnt use to? got any pix of your radio and BT setup?

also to answer your question, its a dealer flash if you install a OEM camera setup, if you are installing an aftermarket camera system you will have to get a special adapter ($200) that plugs into this radio that activates the radio to know when its in reverse and look for a video signal from the component video cable that comes on all aftermarket cameras

The uconnect 3.0 in the 2017 have Bluetooth and hands free. All my settings are on the evic though. I have the steering controls for hands free. And yea. Just looking at doing the factory radio

oh wow thats cool that they have that in the 17s, finally they got smart :happy107:

then the radio should plug in and work fine other than the backup camera setup like i said, i just did the whole 3.0 to 5.0 thing and added an aftermarket backup camera
