At full pressure (25 psi) you might see an inch. However if your not towing nor have a load you would set the psi @ 10 which gives hardly any lift.
The manufacturer recommends you keep 5 PSI in the air bags when bed is empty and no trailer being pulled. That being said, the ride quality is exactly the same as stock.
