Since I'm going from a 6-speed to an 8-speed, I have no use for this anymore. I figure I would offer it up here for hopes of giving it a good home before putting it out on ebay. $60 plus $8 for shipping and it is yours.

There is an allen screw in the 3rd pic that keeps it on.
