Not trying to step on anyone here but it's an ARE Z-series. Just like the one on my 14 Sport. The combination of the cap and complete bedrug for $1000 is an excellent buy.
Even better is the folddown front glass, it makes the windows easy to clean.
I had to paint mine when I bought it used and materials were about $150 so a complete paint job would probably be over $400 unless you have a friend in the business.

This is an incredible deal. I wanted it but my truck is silver. I ended up buying new and it cost me twice as much and my shell isn't quite as nice.

This is gone, a local guy came and got it. the swap was painless and fast and looked great with his 7" maxtrac lift and 37's.
