Kicker sub in under seat enclosure

Have a kicker comp vt 12 Thai bought from a friend and never installed before I sold my truck. It's in a small ported enclosure. You will have to get seat spacers for it to fit. He didn't give them to me and I never got around to getting some. Asking $125 obo local only. Will drive an hour to meet up. Live in new port richey FL and work in Tampa.

I'm really not to sure of the name of the box. I got it from a friend who wasn't really into cars or anything. So he just bought it and didn't know to much about it. And I don't want to separate them trying to keep it together.
