I just sold the truck and I have these left over that are no longer needed.
I have a new pair of sway bar end links (bolted on but 0 miles) and a new pair of lower ball joints. I bought new lower arms for the truck and never used the ball joints from the suspension kit. They indicated they were Moog brand (K7411). The end links I believe are Driveworks. You will need one cotter pin for the ball joints as I had to use it.
Alot of the aftermarket end links including Moog do not have the nut welded on to hold them as you bolt it to the lower arm. These have it and make it easy to install.
I also have some extra shock bumpers, etc. that I will include as well.
Asking $50 shipped in the lower 48.
