This cover includes 2 keys, the dual deadbolt system, and stainless hardware. YouTube has the easy to follow install videos and it's easy to adjust. Great cover, but I am needing a topper now, so selling this cover. Only had it for 8 months. I've had no issues with this, I think it had to do with how you install it. Mine does not leak at all. Again, boils down to your installation. 09-17 Ram 74" Bed, might fit other years with San Bed size.
