Can I retain the factory options menu with this? Can I use the steering wheel controls with it?

If you are referring to the options menu in the EVIC, then yes. None of that will be affected.
If you wish to use the volume up/down buttons on the steering wheel you will have to purchase a separate harness. Mine does not have them. I believe it's fairly inexpensive to purchase tho.

13 ram and install is very simple and straight forward. Many videos on YouTube and many here including myself can help walk you through any problems. Yes I take PayPal
