I have a factory original RB1 Navigation system for a 3rd gen ram.
These will also plug into other models other than the ram. It is plug and play, no modifications needed.
It is in great working order and excellent condition, I havent had one problem with it.
The only reason I am getting rid of the unit is because I no longer have a 3rd gen with the oval style radio.
Included with purchase:
Navigation CD
Owners Manual
GPS Antenna
