I had chrome on mine..... still do actually, just got some sand paper to rough them up and got some spray in Bedliner from advanced auto and did them in black..... tip tho, take the pads and ends off

They're a little dirty at the moment but here ya go..... honestly if you can find the can pictures.... it works the best, but $15 a can and you need about 3 cans to get enough on it.... gives it a kind of textured finish..... used it on my 2008 Ram bars.... make sure it's this exactly .... the other types doesn't look as good

Give yourself a full day to get it all done..... I did mine on top of a garbage can so I had to wait a while until stuff had fully dried to flip them and do the bottoms.....I'd suggest hanging them from something
