Yea, I know that but I just can't spend 1500 on headlights I want to buy used ones.

To be honest you're going to have a hard time finding used ones as most guys that do custom builds like that hold on to them or sell them with the truck. They aren't generally removed. And if you did find a set used they aren't going to be that much cheaper. That guy still had to pay the price for the build and isn't going to want to lose his shirt on them.
