It be in the 7 figure range here depending on location. Further out west it probably hit the $3-700,000 mark. I bought my house which is around the 1600sft mark for $230k in 07' worth half that now. I'd hate to see what it cost to keep that place cool in the summer and heated in the winter. Gotta cost a mint just for that. Is it in an HOA area? If so those fees won't be cheap either.

HOA fees are $1,000 or less a year i'm sure. Electric bill will be high in the summer cause of the size/pool. Luckily the winters here aren't that cold so you don't really have to run the heater that much so it will balance out. Yard is a whole lot smaller then I have now so the water bill will be low. I was paying $300+ a month last year just for water to keep the grass alive where I live now.
