I just attended the Jamboree here in Bloom a few weekends ago. While it's neat to see all the rides, it's very unorganized. There were a fair amount of aftermarket vendors there which was nice, and had pretty good deals too. The mud drags were fun to watch, and the monster trucks were ok at best (but the Ram ones were cool)
Food wise......think typical street fair type stuff. There was a dyno on site, and one of the big tire shops had a tent and were installing on site.......

Well George, I will say this....I have never, EVER, seen so many 4x4's in one place. Old, new, custom, stock, you name it. There is a cruise route through the fairgrounds which in my mind is dangerous. Alot of these folks are drinking all day, then get behind the wheel of their trucks and parade through areas where people need to walk. I'm not saying anyone got hurt, but there was a real good possibility. If it was organized and laid out better, it would definitely have been one of the greatest truck events I have ever been to.
My assessment......7 out of 10
BTW, just to give you an idea on cost. $4 to park, $19 to enter the gates, $4 for a coke, etc...

I am in. That tricked out Ram was sick.
I already got my room, at the Econolodge across from the Perkins and Cracker Barrel.
Better book now, those rooms are going fast. My buddies and I already have about 10 rooms.
I got my tires from them too. National Tire & Wheel.

i was about to ask a really dumb question........... but pa is big enough to have two big car shows on opposite sides of the sate lol. not use to that. so is there a date yet?

What would be really cool is if my 4x4 club get placed right next to the Ram Forum Club section.
Long Island Outlaws 4X4 Club. Open to local people with any 4x4 vehicle.
We had our own spot with a a 10x20 tent, portable hibachi grille.
We came extremely close to starting a brawl. Some ******* in a Ford with a PowerJoke Diesel blew smoke into our tent. Scaring the kids, making everyone cough. We followed him throughout, eventually security kicked his ass out for doing the same **** to other people.
But still, had a blast. Can't wait till next year. Only 11 more months.
