Anyone heard of George washington national park? If so who has been? Anyone want to go and have a lil fun?

I did a lil research on the park mentioned above and talked to a few people who have been. They have said are trucks stock will make it through all the trails, but they are tight and will get light scratches. I don't think ill be going to that park don't want to scratch truck up. I'm still working on reserving a place for late September.

Dang that place does look awesome. I'd be down for that Cunningham Falls State park. Looks like if we pick a day with good weather it would be a great outing.

We used to do an annual meet there on one of my "other" forums lol it's always been a great time. Be sure to bring a camera too! Nice little walk thru the woods to get to the falls and it's fun for everyone.

That sounds perfect. Would there be a need to make any type of reservation for an area large enough for everyone's vehicles? Or is there enough parking space around the area that we could just go on any day we want and find enough room for us?

There is plenty of parking, we've never made any reservations. I think it's like $5 at the gate per vehicle, we'll have to check the park's website for that. We can set up a meeting spot and caravan in also.

That would be awesome to caravan in. Probably get alot of funny looks from people watching haha. But $5 isn't bad at all, that place looks well worth it. I guess we just need to decide on a date? If all the other members planning on going also think that's an agreeable spot.

Another idea since the park is so close to the PA line lets extend the invite to PA members and West VA members.

Go for it, or even just post it in the regional for any member wanting to make the trip. We've had people come down from NY before.
