I suppose this is the question...

Given 10k to put in to your 1500 for performance and look , what would your additions be .......

For me personally?

Whipple 2.9 Supercharger with supporting mods including a custom tune, tires and brakes.

You might be a tad over depending on the tuner and supporting mods but 10K would be a damn good start for 200+ "R"WHP

I would have to do a bit more research on the matter but if you want big gains.... I.E. bigger injectors, custom tune, fuel pump...

But since I am not racing the vehicle I would retract my original post and say just get the "complete kit"
https://whipplesuperchargers.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=5
Listed at 7500 but I bet you can get it for a lot less ~6500 range

Tires - ~$700 installed
would be something along the lines of 3 season SUMITOMO HTR SPORT H/P to keep the power down. But again I would have to look at weight ratings of the tires because I tow a Travel Trailer.

Brakes - $650
I would need to do a bit more research on these also but I have had luck with power stop in the past. Like this kit
https://www.powerstop.com/product/power-stop-z36-kit/

So you are sitting at about ~8000 then you can do a complete exhaust or just a Cat back.

Here is my GTO from years past

10K and this truck would be mean as hell in the power, sound and stopping.

May I ask more about your truck and application?

Year, make, model, cab, 2wd, 4wd? Truck details.

and what do you plan on doing with it? Racing, towing, off-roading?

For a daily driver, my 4X4 sits high enough.

You should research Peddle Commander and Carven exhaust.

What trim level are you going to order?

That'd about cover my transmission swap. Either that or a low compression 392 block with Thitek heads, big valves, and roller rockers. I've already got the F-1A Procharger for it.

For me as I e easily spent over $10,000 already lol. I would do a custom exhaust/header/ tune combo. Pair that with a solid set of rotors and brake pads. Do a Bilstein level up front and new wheels using my factory tires. Swap out headlights and foglights and call her done.

Ok I may get bashed for this but I have to say it. Op asked what would we do to his truck, not what would we do using the money investment wise lol. I get it those of you with $10,000 would invest it, but if he wanted that answer he wouldn't ask it on this forum. :)

Thank you !!!

I didn't want to say it... I'd just like to hear some good suggestions and ideas that's all... Not invest it, buy gas cards, or a can catcher .

Again I have to say for me I'm more about the looks then performance, so I would suggest starting there. Op do you like your current wheels ? If so maybe just look into a more aggressive tire. I always suggest the Pedal Commander as far as increased pedal response. Also posting a photo of your truck may encourage others to suggest based upon your question. :)
