Sorry to hear this man, I just rolled 10K on mine this past weekend and haven't had an issue at all. Good luck getting this straightened out.

sorry to hear that. am i the only one who doesnt have a loose a/c knob lol? 50k miles on mine btw and running perfectly.

I have around 11k on my 2012, no problems, and no loose ac knob.

Who needs A/C anyways....its not like its hot here in south Texas...lol

Sorry to hear that - good luck getting it corrected.

I left my 2012 Challenger at the dealership yesterday with:
1. Airbag light lit
2. Clunking in rear axle that sounds like the driveshaft is separating from the yoke when I let off the clutch.
3. A shot of valvetrain rattle/detonation when I hit the throttle after getting into it.

After I get the Challenger back, I'll take my 2012 Ram in for a maddening rattle when the right rear window is open and the left rear window sticking open intermittently.

I've been driving Mopars my entire life and the problems with these two vehicles about equal the sum of all the problems I've ever had.
