2014 Ram 1500 3.6L Quad Cab Leak?

Changing a bad fuse today I noticed what seems to be a leak (looks like oil to me). Truck has about 25k on it. Has anyone experienced this. I've attached photos. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is this normal, should I take it in? If I posted in wrong forum please direct me to appropriate section.

From what I've heard the penstar 3.6 has an oil cooler somewhere on top of the engine that is notorious for leaking. I'm not sure if it's been a recall or tech update but it's been a considerable problem on the penstar. The only 3.6 I've been around is the one in my wife's caravan and in that configuration they don't have one.

Either that or leftover oil from oil filter change, changing the oil filter on a 3.6 is not a clean job, seems like a little always spills. I always wipe mine up as best possible but I have had my oil changed at dealer that just left complete mess. Last time I went there. Either way needs to be checked.

looks like a little oil seeping out of the valve cover gasket.
