I think I am partial to RAM regular cab short box trucks ie 2010 4x4 Hemi, 2012 4x4 Hemi, 2014 4x4 Hemi and last but not least 2015 4x2 Hemi R/T. There is not a truck anywhere and I mean anywhere that looks as good as a Hemi rcsb that is lowered, the exhaust changed out, tinted, a huffer, etc etc. Happy motoring to the cc/qc fella's.

The wheels are Fuel Mavericks D537.
The tires are B.F. Goodrich KO2's.
I am not sure on what size to get or what offset to get. All I know is, I don't want the tires/wheels to stick out past the body of the truck, if possible.
I will more than likely have the rear dropped 2" with the Ground Force 2" rear drop kit as well.

20x9 with +18 offset is what you will want for the wheels then. Since you are lowering the rear i would stick with something close to 33" diameter. Go too much bigger and you chance rubbing

Man I've always loved regular cab trucks, yours looks nice! I would say keep stock wheels, run a wider street type tire with the rear lowered, would look perfect!
