added remote start to my truck now check engine light is on

i added the remote start the plug and play one from Doug now my check engine light on and my fog lights wont turn on and lights stay on at all times auto lights dont work any more any ideas thanks ahead of time remote start works good and everything just the things above i see wrong at least i think unless thats what it does

My check engine light came on too when I added a remote start. I have evap codes though. They typically only come up on start up. What was your fix?

Go to your original post and click the "edit" button, then click "Go Advanced". At the top of the edit screen, should be a selection to delete or do not delete the post. Then hit the "Delete this Message" button.
