Air Ride Picture Thread

Thought this might be a cool idea for a thread!

Doesnt matter what kind of airbags you have. If you load the truck up, either in the box, or put a trailer on back, post up a pic showing it off! This would be a good place for people to look when deciding on what air bag system to get.

With your picture (s) say what kind of airbags you're using, and how much weight you have in the bed, on the hitch, or towing.

I'll start. Here's my truck this morning. I've got 125 gallons of water in the white tank, and a 3000 kw generator. Total weight in the back is about 1150 lbs.

OEM 4 corner air ride with 0 squat! Truck even went into aero mode on the highway!

Even went up into OR2 mode!

Very nice to have. I drove a Rebel a while back and couldn't believe how well it rode!

Yeah it's really nice! Plus it takes all bounce out when you're towing!

Pulled the dump trailer around today. About 400-450 lbs on the hitch.

Averaged 12.0 L/100 KMS doing 90 on cruise! Pretty pumped about that!

I have airlift 1000s. I don't know how much weight but I know the trailer itself is 2 ton and from the other times I towed, I'm guessing around 7 tons of dirt and stone. This was offroad only.

This pic is with 6 tons of gravel and I did pull this about 5 miles, truck did very well. Thank God for great trailer brakes and airbags.

Not sure on the weight, but here's our 7x12 dump trailer full to the top with wood. Not sure on the weight, but the trailer is 4000 lbs by itself.

The truck is my dad's Ram with the 4 corner air. Sits like it does without a trailer on!

Here's another picture of my dad's truck. Not sure on hitch weight, but the total weight is around 9900 lbs.

Once the tractor came off there was some serious rake! Until the truck figured out that the tractor was gone and it lowered itself.

The last picture is quite the sight. Thing would've been close to laying on the bump stops without the air assists.

Yeah a Ram with the rear coils probably would! My guess is that it was around 1100 lbs on the hitch.

Here's my 2014 with airlift 1000 bags pulling the same thing

I should have taken a picture but wasn't thinking of that at the time. 30 plus sandbags in the bed of my truck here in South louisiana at about 40lbs each. Drove good and hardly any squat to it with the factory air suspension. I was empress.

These are some of the sandbags my son and I filled to stop water from getting into my home. Lucked up and stop right at 1/2 inch from getting in, but over 9 inches in my shop.

Don't have the truck anymore but here's 550 gallons of water in the back of my '06 1500 Mega Cab. Firestone RideRite bags are absolute magic!

Seems like the factory air ride manages the squat quite well in comparison.
