So this took a little digging but if you are like me and you have the NV246 transfer case you will need the fluid to change it which is specific to this transfer case and not ATF+4 like the standard case.

Sounds like Dex 6 like GM uses now. Dex 6 is some great fluid though!!

It was green it is supposed to be blue when fresh so I changed it, changed my spark plugs and clean my PCV valve which was gunked up. The butt dyno says good things happened.
