Is this a new thing? I went to cut out the opening and install the filter and door only to find out my new 2016 already had the door and opening, but no filter... 
*May 16 build, sport trim. Other 16s and trims are reporting theirs weren't. This actually makes me wonder as well. What model was this for to begin with, they have the door, they have the hole shape, is the part shared with other dodge vehicles or something.
