Best way to describe it. While driving at slow speeds and mainly when the truck goes dude to side over bumpy roads there is a very noticeable clunking sound. I cannot pin point where. It sounds like it is coming from in front of me but am unsure. Only audible at speeds up to 10mph. Never when driving in a straight line, only bumpy side to side movement. Seems to be getting louder recently. Truck is going into shop in two weeks for unrelated issue and would like to know what to tell them to look for. Thanks

No suspension or shock upgrades?

Gonna have to have someone jump up and down on the bumper while you listen, fr visa versa.

There's a recent post regarding this and it turned out to be body to frame bolts not secured properly for the OP. Dealer had replaced his steering linkage and I believe the rack and pinion, all to no avail. Some guys have had noise coming from the steering column and had parts like linkage replaced, but that doesn't sound like your case. Maybe a search will locate the post. Good luck-hope you get it fixed.

Check the sway bar end links and bushings. Those would only make a lot of noise when going over uneven bumps...
