Any one having a delay on the cruise control reacting? AT 80 mph mine drops 5 MPH before, it drops to 4th gear. The 6.4 jumps right back to 80, and starts repeating this over and over, people along side of me thinks I am a moron!! I am sure it is hurting my mileage. I did shift in manually and reacted perfect!

It should react sooner and drop to 5th gear, I think. The dodge dealers are a joke to deal with. thoughts or comments??

Mine is the same 2014 my brother in law has a 2013 5.7 Is the same... My 2014 Cummins at work is the same.... 3-4mph drop before cruise does anything... I don't know if tuners fix that or not but I think it's a joke as well.

They are set for mileage so it will slow down like 5mph.. but it should hold the gear it drops into being that is all the gear it needs.. if it is constantly hunting there is something wrong.

I just finished the "going out to visit family" leg of our 1425 mile vacation and used the cruise control a lot. Didn't notice what you are saying. Seemed to work perfectly. Maintains speed whether flat, up or down hill.

I was on I-95 this morning ******** at the idiots speeding up and slowing down because my Cruise seems to be SPOT on. I thought my '09 held speed good but this thing loves operating in cruise.

NOW...when I'm in tow/haul, yes there is a delay in shifting.
