Funny Just took my Altima into the Nissan dealer for problems with the Intelligent key system.. Car has 163K miles on it, and the fix was between 500-900 bucks. The service department fit it in under an extended warranty for that part that was up on January 2016..So a year and 1/2 AFTER the part was covered I was given my vehicle back fixed properly free of charge in one days time. Didn't even have an appointment. Guess who will be getting my business when it comes time to replace my work car? I did buy it from them in 2010 though!

I have anppointment with Ram for some warranty work on my 2500 with 5700 miles on it now next week while I head out of town, I am dreading it.

If FCA could "Weed Out" the Corrupt and Do Nothing Dealers, Ram could sell just as many F150's.. However; until that day comes they will always be a disappointment. OH, and "Ram Cares" does nothing for the consumer, other than keeping records for those with Lemons, and still have to fight the Do Nothing Dealer.. Our Local Dealer is not only a Do Nothing But they are also Corrupt. They take good wheels off and replace them with Faulty or bent wheels.. Ask me how I know!!!

My truck only has 11k miles, but I'm afraid to take it to a "Authorized" Ram dealer, since that only means they are "Authorized" to abuse it anyway they see. Oh, one last thing, I had Katzskins installed and got it back from the Dealer, and found a tear in the Passenger sea. Of Course they deny any involvement or fault.

Buyer Beware!!!

Buyer Beware of what, RAM?

Maybe this sounds familiar to someone---

When my husband and I arrived at a car dealership to pick up our car after a

service, we were told the keys had been locked in it.

We went to the service department and found a mechanic working feverishly to unlock the driver’s side door.

As I watched from the passenger side, I instinctively tried the door handle and discovered that it was unlocked.

‘Hey,' I announced to the technician, 'its open!'

His reply, 'I know. I already did that side.'

Hi JRust,

Sorry to hear about this, if you'd like to PM our page with your VIN I'd be happy to offer further assistance if needed.

The recall was to reprogram the factory restraint module. Which shockingly enough did nothing but throw the code after they did it. After having it spend another day there. They had to order a new harness for the passenger seat. Guy says it was missing a wire? I did swap out my stock seats for Laramie seats. Which I added the needed wiring with one of the mike's wiring harness's. Strange everything worked perfectly for 20k miles. Then I take it in for service & they do the recall to reprogramm it. Just afraid they screwed something up & are going to tell me tough since it isn't stock
