Can anyone tell me where I can get the factory body bolts? I have step bars that were installed when I bought it and they bolt up to the frame. I'm wanting to take them off but the bolts that came with the steps are just too long. I called the dealer and they wanted to charge me to look at what I was talking about.
Does anyone know the size and what all I will need? I believe they have bushings too correct?

I think the factory step bars bolt up to the body under the door. There are some aftermarket step bars that bolt to the frame.

Oh never mind, you have aftermarket steps that mount to the body/frame bolt that you want to remove..... and need the OEM body/frame bolt size.

Yea I thought about that already lol.
Are there some kind of bushings that go with them?
The back two have some big metal and rubber bushing that goes between the steps and the Frame

I take that back. It's more of a metal spacer in between the frame and the steps

Some body nuts, bolts, and cushions, like those in the figures below, are available over the counter as replacement parts, if thats what you mean... I notice that some bolts seem to also have a cushion dampener, which may be the spacer you are seeing.

The frame mounted step bars I am aware of reuse the factory cushions.
