Man I hate to hear that. I would go a paintless dent repair for that. It will run you about $50.

I would try a suction cup. I got a couple from Harbor Freight, they work on some smaller ones I have. I also have the kind the glues to the side, the twist and it pulls it out no harm to paint.

That is one thing I hate about owning a new vehicle. THE FIRST DENT OR DING. Now that I quit buying new my stuff comes with the FIRST ONE.

Not sure about that pillar piece but If you can easily get in behind there you may be able to push it out with your thumb while it is set into a desert spoon/hence spoon it out. I thought the dentless repair affair was all done from the outside...huh.

That sucks. I've had one on my drivers side door pillar since last winter and I still haven't figured out how to fix it. The metal of the door is really thick where it is with no access from the back side. I don't know what hit mine but I'm lucky it didn't blow out my window! Let me know if you get yours fixed so I have an idea how to address mine
